 1. A Plan for the Kids: The number one concern we hear from young parents is “What happens to the kids?” We put you in the driver’s seat and make sure there is a plan in place for what happens to your kids not only at death but also in the event of temporary incapacity.

2. Informed Representative: Working with personal representatives (formerly, “executor/executrix”) for many years, we know the critical information you need to provide to ensure a smooth transition and ensure you have provided that critical information to the person who will need it.

3. Fixed Fees: Our goal is to ensure you have the information you need to make the best decision for you and your family. You will know the price for your plan and have the option to set up a payment plan if needed.

4. Periodic Review: We review your documents and reach out to make sure your plan is still working for you.
