Protect Your Children

Having a crisis plan to ensure your kids are cared for your chosen loved ones is the greatest gift you can give.

Of course, you want to give your kids the best. A will only covers what happens after you die, but you also need a plan for temporary illness or incapacity. If you are in an accident, your plan will make sure your children are never taken into the custody of Department of Children & Families, strangers, or the care of anyone you wouldn’t want because the authorities don't have clear instructions from you.

You are the expert on your children. The typical estate plan merely names a guardian for after your death. By taking the time to create your plan you are sharing your expertise on your children so that those you love and trust with their care have all the important information they would need to step into your shoes, whether for the short-term or long-term.
